Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, mobile applications, games, software, and related services (the “Services”) provided by Chevis LLC (“Chevis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Pasco County / Tampa, Florida, USA.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who may use the Services

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Chevis LLC provides digital products and professional services including mobile apps, games, websites, custom software, and IT consulting. Features may change over time. Some Services may require an account, subscription, or in-app purchase processed by Apple, Google, or other platforms.

3. Accounts and security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly atsupport@chevis.llc if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or third-party right
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Services
  • Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access to systems
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
  • Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Scrape or harvest data except as expressly permitted

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the Services or other users.

5. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Chevis LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Services as provided, no rights are granted to you.

If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant Chevis LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback without obligation to you.

6. Purchases and subscriptions

Paid features may be offered through app stores or other payment providers. Billing, refunds, and cancellations for store purchases are generally handled under the store’s policies. Consulting or custom project work may be governed by a separate written agreement.

7. Third-party services

The Services may link to or integrate third-party products. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHEVIS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Chevis LLC from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State ofFlorida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Exclusive venue for disputes shall be the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
